Post Adoption Coaching

Another key area of our work involves conducting regular workshops to help adoptive parents ease into their roles. Much of the work will also be to coach parents on how to talk about adoption with their children at the various stages of the child’s life, and to deal with the critical area of post-adoption attachment. A critical area will involve regular forums with adoptees who are are now well-established professionals who will share their experiences, and how they thrived and succeeded in an adoptive family setting.
